My daughter Stacey Pulido was in Washington, D.C. this week to receive awards. Looking at declarations on her uniform…as a mother and Army retiree I know the significance that each award carries… The combat tours; I remember when she was deployed to Afghanistan and later in her career to Turkey, how I worried each day for her safety and safe return. How she worked both areas as a sole representation for the job she was doing. (That’s only two of the awards you see there on her chest). The best that one can give.

Congratulations to my Air Force daughter.
